Four-week accelerator programme

If you’re keen to get your CRM up and running without delay, then my four-week accelerator programme will take you through the whole process and you’ll be up and running in four weeks.
At a high level, it looks like this:

Week 1:
We do the prep work – understand your business and map the end-to-end flow.
Work on the processes and the fields that need to be developed to make Capsule work for you.
We determine what data needs to be brought into the system and where it currently sits (which may be in multiple locations).
We determine who will be using the system and what roles they will be given.

Week 2:
You gather the data – ideally in excel format, but we can work with other formats.

Week 3:
I consolidate all the data into one spreadsheet and clean the data, remove duplicates and add in any additional information you want to bring into the system.
We refine and sign off the processes, fields and roles.
We set you up with your instance of Capsule and I will set up the back end for you.
I build Capsule to the specifications we agreed at the end of Week 1 including the ‘tracks’ and automations.
I import a test sample of data to ensure it’s importing correctly and feeding into the right fields.

You review what has been done and we walk through the system to check what has been done and make any tweaks.

Week 4:
Test of the system with a number of use cases (that I will design and run) to make sure all is working as it should.
After any final changes, it’s ready for you to use.

During the four weeks, I will create videos to show you what I have done and how to use the back-end functionality. I will create other user videos for your team to use.

I will run online training sessions.

Post go-live:
I will be on hand to support with any queries and any further changes for a further two weeks.

I can help with further developments such as creation of email templates and integrations to other software such as Xero or Transpond – these are additional services and not included in the package.

For a small additional fee, the programme can also be completed in two weeks for less complex implementations assuming you can provide all the necessary information and be available to sign off the different stages.

Or if you would rather take longer then we can extend the project timeline, but I don’t recommend this as things can drift.
