In order to continue to deliver an excellent service to your clients and easily grow, you need smooth and efficient operations. And that’s what I help my clients do.

With my background working in ops for consultancies – I fully understand the challenges you face.

I have worked with consultancy businesses since 2000, as an employee, owner/director of a software testing consultancy and now I apply the same tried and tested solutions to my own clients. I know what works and what tools and systems to use to get your back office operations working smoothly.

By managing operational activities and freeing up the sales & delivery teams to do what they do best, I’ve helped businesses grow from zero to 30 billable consultants in just 18 months. And I can help you achieve the growth you desire.

I deliberately only work with a maximum of four clients at any one time so I can make sure I deliver the best service to you.

At the point that your business needs more help, I will help you take on full-time resources who I can fully train in the processes and systems. I will then wave you a soggy farewell, or you can keep me on in an advisory capacity.

I’m a strong believer in giving back and I am on the South Surrey Board of Young Enterprise, a charity whose aims are to develop business skills in young people, preparing them for life outside of education.

I’m also involved in various local environmental projects – As a volunteer at the Horsham Repair Café, I support Sussex Green Living with their marketing activities and I run a page on Facebook with a friend called Stop the Old Bags to help people live with less plastic in their lives.

And following the diagnosis of a dear friend with terminal cancer, I raised over £23k for a local hospice through organising a ball, having my head shaved and supporting other activities from others.

I have also published a book ‘The Profitable Business – How to create a thriving business that works for you in 7 short(ish) steps.
